area. Went to Court House and obtained
parcel descriptions as needed. Went to site
and located Lot and Block monumentation.
Met with City Officials on site and
discussed work to be done. Located limits
of westerly line of existing bit. curb and
set survey monuments along the alignment of
same. Drafted Certificate of Survey showing
details of survey work performed and devised
and typed proposed Park/Walkway Easement
description.

DESCRIPTION: PROPOSED PARK /WALKWAY EASEMENT DESCRIPTION:
An easement for public Park and Walkway purposes over, under and across all that part of Lot
Three (3), Block One (1), ST. CROIX MALL P. U. D. 2ND ADD., Washington County, Minnesota,
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot Three (3), thence on a recorded bearing of
North 89 degrees 36 minutes 13 seconds East, along the northerly line thereof, 118.90 feet;
thence South 01 degree 51 minutes 45 seconds East 218.84 feet, more or less, to the southerly
line of said Lot Three (3); thence westerly along said southerly line 118.74 feet, more or
less, to the southwesterly corner of said Lot Three (3); thence northerly along the westerly
line of said Lot Three (3) e distance of 219.18 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Easement contains 26015 square feet, more or less.
Subject to easements and agreements of record.
Note wood fence line locations as shown and noted.
Overhead or underground public or private utilities on or adjacent the easement parcel
were not located in conjunction with this survey, unless shown or noted otherwise.
Ingress and Egress easement as described on Cert. of Title No. 39162, over and across
part of Lot 4, Block 1, Brekke's Garden Hills, was not surveyed or defined in
conjunction with this survey, unless shown otherwise.
