Visitors ublic Comment:
Patrick Estes - 5770 Oqk Ave expressed his concern for pedestrian safet on
Oak Avenue. He stated that he believed it unsafe for pedestrians to walk on or
cross the street and that he would like to see measures taken to improve safet on the
street and decrease its traffic volume.

A. St, Croix Mall LLC: To consider re for planned unit development
amendment and site plan review for exterior improvements at 5909 Omaha Ave. N.
Cit Planner Richards provided an overview of the applicant's re and discussed
essential elements of the project.
Chair Vo opened the hearin for public comment at 7:21 p.m.
Marc Part ridge, Andersen Corporation Project Architect, introduced himself and
addressed q uestions from the Commission, includin future plans for the facilit
landscapin and estimated number of emplo upon completion of the project. Mr.
Partrid clarified issues within the Planners Report with Cit Planner Richards and
Communit Development Director Danielson.

Council approve the applicant's re for planned unit development amendment,
allowin exterior improvements, subject to the conditions within the April 4, 2002 Cit
Planner's report, as follows:
