1. The portion of the receiving area canopy within the xcel Energy asement is subject to review and

2. All mall building wall light fixtures must be retrofitted to be full cutoff no later than December 31, 2004.
3. grading and drainage issues are subject to review and approval of the City Engineer ineer and review of the
applicable watershed authority if required.
4. Any changes to existing utilities or construction over existing utility service lines is subject to review and
approval of the City Engineer.
