Dear Mr. Partridge:
The City of Oak Park Heights is in receipt of your application, received February 21, 2003,
seeking permits for consideration by the city for your project. Please note that the
application did not include acknowledgement that a parking setback variance will be
required. The fees for the variance should be submitted to Judy Moist, Acting City
Administrator to complete this application. In addition, the city Arborist has indicated the
landscape plans should be revised to include the following information:
1. An inventory of existing plant materials around the building and in the parking lots.
2. A plant list with species, size, number, planting details, and types of mulch that will be
used on site.
This information, as well as the additional fees for the variance, will be requ i red by Noon on
Monday, March 3, 2003.
As part of the review process for this application, a site plan review will be held on March 5,
2003 at 0:30 AM at City ball. I encourage you and representatives of Sc Mall, LLC to
attend this meeting.
This application will be considered by the Planning Commission of the city of Oak Park
Heights at its meeting on March, February 13, 2003 at 7:00 PM at city Hall.
