The City Council of the City of Oak Park Heights approves the variance for the freestanding sign

reviewed and it has been determined by the Planning Commission and City

from Highway 36, allowing only a 30 foot sign would cause an undue hardship
for the business and the ability of the customers to locate the building.

from both east and west bound traffic on Highway 36.
