New Business:
A. Council Meetin Representation Schedule: Chair Vo discussed the g eneral process of one
commissioner attendin a Cit Council meetin each month and asked for a
recommendation on the schedule as prepared b Communit Development Secretar
Hultman and provided to them.
Commissioner Dw seconded b Chair Vo moved to adopt the schedule as provided.
Carried 5-0.
Old Business: There was no old business for discussion.
Informational /Update:
A. 2002 Letter of Representation: Chair Vo explained what the document was about
and stated that the Commission should submit their letter back to Actin Cit
Administrator Jud Holst as q uickl y as possible. Holst provided duplicate copies to
Commissioners needin them.
B. Andersen Corporation Up Cit Planner Richards provided an update as to
activit b SC Mall, LLC for the former St. Croix Mall Area. The will be holdin
nei meetin to discuss chan to the area and will be contactin the
nei directl Cit staff continues to -work with them on trail connections.
Richards su that SC Mall LLC mi be addressin the Plannin Commission
in March for additional improvements to their buildin
C. Renton Homes Update: Nothin for discussion.
D. Next Meetin Date: Februar 13, 2003 @ 7:00 p.m.
