The Planning Commission of the City of Oak Park Heights will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
April 15, 1999 at 7:00 PM at the Oak Park Heights City Hall located at 14168 North 57th Street, to
consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit/Planned Unit Development for the addition of two
storage buildings at the Secure Mini Storage, located at 5710 Memorial Ave. N. Said legal description
of the property being: Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 2, Kern Center 2nd Addition.
All who wish to comment are asked to attend and be heard.
