We are in receipt of the memo from Ton Vavoulis which asked several q uestions relatin to
fees, char and assessment. It is m understandin that the answers to the q uestions raised are
as follows:
1. If no modifications were made to the structures, connection to the water and sewer
s would not be re until the existin on-site sewa s or well failed or
was in need of repair.
2. If no modifications were made to the structures, pa of the deferred assessments
would start after six ( 6 ) y ears, It is our understandin that the assessment would be
spread over 15 y ears with interest paid on the unpaid balance each y ear. The assessed
amount is estimated to be between $49,020.00 and $41,580.00 dependin upon the
alternate assessment method selected. The connection char of $102,714.00 would be
paid when a permit is issued to connect to the s
