Staff had recommended that no exceptions be made for parkin lot surfacin but with limitations, exemptions could be made for curb and g utter re for rear and interior side lot areas of existin and proposed buildin sites. The Plannin Commission thou it was "important that the same surfacin curb and g utter re appl throu the Cit and that no exemptions should be made for the Kern Center. Enclosed please find copies of the Certificate of Compliance for three developments within the Kern Center when the area was a part of the Township.
