The city of Oak Park Heights should consider installing permanent chlorination equipment and maintaining a free chlorine residual of at least 0.2 to 0.5 milligrams per liter on all points of the distribution system. 2. The opportunity for additional training in water supply work should be made available to the operator(s) . Attendance at the annual waterworks operators seminar, held in the area, is a valuable experience for anyone engaged in this field. 3. Static water levels and drawdowns should be taken at least monthly and permanently recorded. 4. The discharge piping should be scraped clean and repainted. 5. The sample tap at Well No. 2 shall be replaced by a smooth nosed type tap. H . i3.0.4;Ct-- Bassam H. Banat, P.E.
