City of Oak Park Heights
and
MN Teamsters Public&Law Enforcement Employees Union, Local 320
WHEREAS;the City of Oak Park Heights and Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees Union
Local No. 320 representing the SUPERVISORS Group of the City of Oak Park Heights, hereby agree to the
following:
1. The City allows employees to participate in a Post-Retirement Health Care Saving Plan in current
and future pending 2014 thru 2016 labor agreements. Currently outlined in Clause 25.2,and
applicable to future numbering as may occur.
2. The union employees reserve the ability to participate as a defined group at a future time with
notice needed for the city to begin such participation deductions or contributions again.
3. The Supervisors Group chooses to not participate with further payroll deductions.
4. The Supervisors Group chooses to not participate with any further severance pay contributions.
5. The Supervisors Group chooses not to participate with any further compensatory year end
contributions.
6. Severance pay is defined as accumulated sick,vacation,or compensatory time.
In Witness Whereof,the undersigned have caused this memorandum of understanding to be executed
this 12th day of December, 2013.
