2. The Si still re two 'access points onto Novabk Avenue. The
northerl *drive must be located further from 6- oth Street. This distance is
un&termined as y et, but will be less than 150' and probabl -around 90'. -This
is based on the State allowin truck access to the site from, 60 tH Avenue.
3. The Cit would like- to see the-6' sidewalk along 60th Street be installed
initiall The sidewalk and boulevard trees -alon Novack can wait until the
street is built. An 8" bike path is planned under the power lines to the so

8, The landscaping should allow for_safe sight lines at the driveways. `
9. Instead of making cutouts in the sidewalk, Auggie Wong suggested large,
moveable planters be used for landscaping. This was due to the relatively
narrow areas and flexibility depending on the type of tennant. ,

11. In Phase 2, two parking stalls on the south next to the driveway to Novack
