The Si still re two 'access points onto Novabk Avenue. The northerl *drive must be located further from 6- oth Street. This distance is un&termined as y et, but will be less than 150' and probabl -around 90'. -This is based on the State allowin truck access to the site from, 60 tH Avenue. 3. The Cit would like- to see the-6' sidewalk along 60th Street be installed initiall The sidewalk and boulevard trees -alon Novack can wait until the street is built. Instead of making cutouts in the sidewalk, Auggie Wong suggested large, moveable planters be used for landscaping.
