We approved the use of some of our parking area, if required, for their use in operation of a shuttle service to downtown Stillwater. Because our area is all private property we asked for a letter of 'Waiver of Liability' for this time period (July 23 -27). Ms. Kathleen Selz, Development Director for Hope Adoption, stated that they would comply with our request. Respect ully, James L. Wright, Quartermaster VFW Post 323
