The following is his email relative the store proposal. They have met with the Oak Park Ponds Retail Center management. (located at the opposite end from Kowalski's Market The Family Store and Donations Center would feature: 10,000--15,000 sf of retail resale space(to be negotiated) including gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, household items and furniture A full service donation center for community residents, manned during regular business hours Curb-side service for quick easy drop-off. Business would be 9am -8pm M-Sa ( No retail sales on Sunday) Donation hours would be the same. 14-16 full-time jobs, with benefits for area residents. All signage will conform to the standards of the city and the shopping center. Convenient shopping for the entire greater Stillwater area.
