We the neighbors of the Dvoraks have no opposition to their rear setback variance request for the construction of a screen porch and sun deck. In fact a rear location would be far more aesthetically pleasing than the planners suggestion of a side or front porch; neither of which would blend in with the neighborhood. A rear location would not affect anyone in the neighborhood negatively and would only help to further increase the real estate values for all of us.
