Re: 2009 Home Occupation Permit
Dear Tony&Kim:
I am writing to follow up on my December 9,2008 letter to you and my subsequent telephone
conversation with Tony relative clarification of the accessory building response noted upon on page 4
of the home occupation permit application that was submitted.
Specifically,on page 4 of your application, you noted that a 12'x 18'accessory building is required as
part of this business. In light of your response, I requested and still require clarification as to where
you will be storing the equipment/items used in conjunction with the drywall business at the
residential address. Please be as specific as you can so that it is clear whether or not you will be
storing items within an existing garage, shed or off site and if any new construction is required as part
of storage for these items.
I am once again asking that you comply with the request made within my December 9, 2008 letter and
repeated with this communication. Please resubmit your application with the clarification information
and application fee prior to February 10,2009. After this date, the matter will be handled as an
ordinance violation and forwarded to the police department for their review and citation
consideration.
I am always happy to address questions you may have and ask that you please contact me
immediately with questions regarding this request. If you are no longer engaged in the business
activity, using the residence as a home base office, and business items are no longer being stored
upon the premises, I ask that you notify me of the same in writing.
