Dear Mr. Otley,
Pursuant to your plea agreement decision of your case,you are to be in compliance of your
violations to the City's Zoning Ordinance within 30 days from 11-03-08. This means:
1) That the metal storage building must be removed and all contents properly stored,
either in your garage or other compliant structure.
2) The small barn shaped storage shed must be moved to meet the setback requirements
of a distance of eight feet from the rear property line and five feet from the side lot line.
3) All materials and equipment stored on the parking pad or in your yard must be stored
within a building.
Please note other violations to be addressed are:
1) All fenced gate to your backyard where the pool is located are to be locked.
2) There are corrections to your deck that need to be brought into compliance with the
Building Code.
3) You are required to have a Home Occupation License.
Should you have any questions regarding the issues above, please contact me. I encourage you
to address the items early and contact me for the necessary final inspections.
