Dear Mr. Otley,
This letter is to inform you that the temporary metal storage building that you have in .
your rear yard is not permitted by the City's Zoning Ordinance: This structure will have
to be removed from your property. In addition, outside storage.is not permitted and the
following items must be removed from your rear and side yards and stored within:your
garage.
From the rear yard:
1) The black plastic pool liner.
2) The lumber against the fence.
Contents under the metal structure:
1) The black storage box.

2) Wheel barrow-
3) ' Two wheel carts(2 of them)
4) Three gas cans.
5) Three.ladders.
6) Scaffold brackets
7) Motor cycle
8) Bicycles
9) Other miscellaneous:items.
Items on the North side of your garage:
1) The wheelbarrow, which is full of rainy water.
2) The Polaris 6x6 _ -
3) " Lawn mower and gas cans
4) The propane tank
5) The;ladders
6) PVC piping
7) Five sets of scaffolding brackets, crossbars,and blanks.;
8) The plastic sled.
9). All of the five gallon pails(Approximately 6)

At the north flower garden in the front yard:
- 1) . The handrail on the planter box.
2) The wood platform.
3) The black plastic container that is approximately 2 feet x 2 feet.'
This must be completed within 30,days of the date of this letter. Please note that a
violation of the City Ordinance:is a misdemeanor offense and if campliance is not met to
these directions the City of Oak Park Heights may pursue further legal action.
