The City has received the information in order to satisfy the requirements for complete
Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Permit, Rezoning, and Preliminary/Final
Plat applications for the development of a 13 lot subdivision at Oakgreen Avenue North
and Oak Park Boulevard. With this letter we are notifying you that the application is
complete and the City will move forward with Planning Commission and City Council
review.
Please find the following schedule of meetings at which this application would be
considered. Note that the schedule may change of the Planning Commission takes
more than one meeting for public input and consideration.
