The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) Division has determined the SAC to be
charged for the wastewater capacity demand for St Paul Eye Clinic to be located at 5945 Norwich
Avenue North, Suite 5945 in Oak Park Commons within the City of Oak Park Heights.
The City will be charged 1 SAC Unit for this project, as determined below.
