With this letter, l any submitting a request for a minor modification to the proposed
`Parking /A ccess' section of the issues analysis of the Planning Report from Scott
Richards to Eric Johnson.
We had proposed that we could add a sign to make the road behind the proposed building
a one - way drive lane. l do not have the unilateral authority to make the road one - way
without the other tenants' approval. The other tenants will not approve the road to be
one -way because of garbage trucks, employees, and Domino's delivery truck use the road
from east to west.
Two o ptions I propose ar :
w Have a sign which reads `Not for thru traffic'
w Keep road two --way put a bollard in front of back door so no-one can open
the door and step into oncoming traffic.

Attached is the proposed floor plan and site plan with revisions. As part of the revisions, the service
r oad will stay two way and the common area will. remain as it is today. (there will be no changes to the
curb other than to flatten the curb infront of the garbage access door for garbage rollout).
On the floor plan, you can see our service access door will be indented into our building. The access
door for the garbage will be a type of vertical roll -up garage door.
Hopefully, this will meet both the cities' needs and conforms wlthe DRE. Please let me know your
thoughts/concerns/approval as soon as possible.

Subject: Modification to proposed change
Beth Holrngren and Prudential will not allow any changes to the common area. As a result, I
will not be able make the service road one -way on my property. I will be changing the back
door access to be inset within the building so that the doors will not open into the west bound
lane of traffic.
I will email a pdf of the revised site plan and floor plan (to show exit doors) to you later today.
Let me know if you need a hard copy and I can drop it off before your Wednesday l Dam
meeting.
