Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: Yard Clean Up Dear Mr. Hellerman: I was by your home earlier this week to visit with you regarding the debris stored throughout your side and rear yard. Unfortunately, I did not find you at home to chat with you. The accumulation of materials and vehicles to your yard has steadily grown since this past fall and is in such a state that it is a violation of City Nuisance Ordinance 1109,a copy of which has been enclosed for your review and use. At the time of my visit, I observed stockpiles of construction material, automobiles and related parts/materials,yard items, furniture, appliances, bicycles, bags of potatoes and other items. I also noted that the tree/shrub at the front eastern side of your yard, by the mailbox, has grown quite well and is in need of trimming for vehicle safety at 63rd St. With this letter you are directed to: (1)_ Clean your yard fully so that is free of stored items and unlicensed vehicles;and (2) Trim the tree/shrub at the front yard to maintain safe visibility at 63rd St.in that area. Compliance shall be met no later than Monday.September 8.2014 and shall be maintained, through regular maintenance,to keep the property free from reoccurrence of these nuisances. A compliance check shall be made after September 8,2014 to verify compliance and will continue to be monitored for compliance to verify that the property remains free from reoccurrence of this nuisance. If compliance is not found, the violation(s)shall be treated in accordance with City Ordinance regulations and abatement remedy. Your prompt attention is required and appreciated.
