I am in DC and my son is getting married tomorrow so can't Skype either. I do have three general comments. 1. As long as safety is addressed by the city and emergency vehicles (saw the recommendation in the packet)I am okay with that. 2. As long as the water issued are addressed, per our discussion last month; and the rest of the planning commission is comfortable that all our needs are met and the surrounding neighborhood is okay with the changes to address this, I am okay with that. 3. I am not okay with 13 homes. That is too many homes in such a small place and after engaging with folks who live in Liberty and coordinating two grad parties out there last month, I see the major congestion that exists and provides us with the same concerns. I spoke with over five residents of that location; all which stated they would have not moved in there had they known and realized what it would be like. Regarding Commissioner Thurmes comments in his follow up email last month of the city of Stillwater's neighborhood comparison; my comment to that is we are not Stillwater—we are Oak Park Heights, a much smaller community. Regarding the comments from the builders at the last month's meeting stating if they cannot build 13 homes then they don't have a project.... My comment to that is, then they don't have a project. I would encourage the commission to consider less homes on this property. Thanks, have a great meeting! Looking forward to next month's meeting. Robin an• -hQnd q- 'O_iLf u, m ,s o Nburrot Cha t&
