Rheinberger Attorney at Law • 200 East Chestnut Stillwater, MN 55082 • Re: Findings of Fact and Order for Annexation, Village of Oak Park Heights Dear John: Pursuant to our telephone conversation in regard to the boundary line between the proposed expansion of Bayport and Oak Park Heights, our line as set forth in our proposed Order for our purpose's starts at the Southwest corner of Section 8 being the point of intersection with County Road 14, thence East and Northeast along the center- line of County Road 14 until its intersection with County Road 21, thence Northerly along the centerline of County Road 21 where it intersects the South line of the Village of Oak Park Heights. We feel that the line could be modified in the following respects : Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 8 being the point 'of inter- section with County Road 14, thence East and Northeast along the center- line of County Road 14 to the East line of Section 9, thence North along the East line of Section 9 to the Northeast corner of Section 9, thence East along the North line of Section 10 to a point where it intersects County Road 21, thence North along the centerline of County Road 21 where it intersects the South line of the Village of Oak Park Heights. 4 Mr. John H. Rheinberger Page 2 March 14, 1973 My recollection is that the parties living in this area have specifically requested that they be part of 'the Village of Oak Park Heights and I believe this is in evidence.
