VARIANCE FOR SETBACKS &BUILDING HEIGHT

WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Oak Park
Heights,Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing,at the direction of the
City Administrator,upon the application of HAF Architects on behalf of TIC Properties
LLC for an Conditional Use Permit to allow memory care and assisted living, Conditional
Use Permit for parking, and Variance for setbacks and building height at 6060 Oxboro Ave.
N., City of Oak Park Heights,County of Washington and State of Minnesota.
The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday,November
13,2014 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, 14168 Oak Park Blvd.N., Oak Park Heights,
Minnesota 55082. All written and oral comments will be considered.
Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commission is anticipated to
be held by the City Co ••'1 on Tuesday,November 25th or Tuesday,December 9,2014 at
7:00 o'clock I . at e ity Hall. Please contact City Hall at 651-439-4439 after
