are meetin with the li contractor to ensure compliance with the li ordinance..
Council member Baudet su chan the lan to set boundaries before
g radin g and recommended takin over the ponds after development is {inished. Barb
Barr with Presb Homes stated she would like to work with staff to g et the
Development A finished before the next Cit Council meetin

A Plannin Commission recommendations:
1. Stillwater Area High School Greenhouse - Council member Robert stated there was
some concern re li the g ree"ouse at ni with g row li
Glenn Boetcher of Stillwater Area Schools stated that this g reenhouse was for
educational purposes, not production purposes; therefore, there would lie no use of g row
li Council member Baudet, seconded b Turn moved to g rant the conditional
use permit to Stillwater Area Schools. Carried 5 - 0.
2. Fence Variance for Oak Parr-Heights Cit Hall - Administrator Melena re
a variance for constructin a 10' screenin fence on the north side of Cit Hall.
Council member Baudet, seconded le Turn moved to g rant the fence variance to
the Cit of Oak Park Hei Carried 5 - 0.

Kenned business owner, expressed concern about {fittin into the new zonin
J oe Kohout, Xanadu Golf, re to have this matter tabled to allow for additional
discussion. Council member Swenson, seconded b Turn moved to table this
matter for our weeks. Carried 5 - 0.
4. Lower Oak Park Hei rezonin from R--2, Low and Medium Densi to 0 -
Open Space - The Plannin Commission recommended rezonin the portion of Lower Oak
Park Hei where homes were removed le MnDOT for the brid from R-2 to 0 -
