It appears this project is in the MSCWMO. I am sending this email to verify that the project does not require a review from the MSCWMO because: The proposed building is in an approved major subdivision that meets the requirements of the MSCWMO Performance Standards and does not exceed impervious surface percentage approved for the given parcel in that subdivision. Is this correct?
