At the time of the inspection, certain conditions were observed which do not meet minimum require- ments of the MN Uniform Fire Code.Those items are checked in the first column, under V. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on or after the date listed on the bottom of the inspection report.The purpose of the follow-up inspection is to determine that any violations or deficiencies observed on the previous inspection have been corrected. Failure to comply with fire prevention requirements is a violation of state statute and/or municipal ordinance.There is a variance procedure provided by the statute.
