All electrical work shall be completed by a licensed electrician and inspected in accordance with all applicable MN statutes,building codes, City of OPH codes, rules and regulations and or protocol. The drywall seams will be patched to smoothly transition existing walls and soffits, creating one conference room. Finish work will include painting,patching carpet,reinstalling TV's,white boards and A/V equipment. The conference room wall removal project consists of the following: • Drywall removal • Remove/replace electrical and A/V wire and cables(Sub-Contracted) • Remove studs that separate conference rooms • Existing drywall seam patching • Finish work ie. paint, carpet patch, reinstallation of appurtenances (Some may be sub- contracted) ltd
