The VBWD permit was approved on March 14, 2002 and is currently being processed. Once the permit is prepared and signed, copies will be distributed to the appropriate people - including a copy to the City of Oak Park Heights. l believe that the permit that was approved had the same conditions as included in the draft permit review memorandum that you received. The site drains to "south pond," through Blaokwoods development, and eventually to Cloverdale Lake. Draioage patterns are not proposed to chi because of the project. See the attached figure for a schematic of the drainage pats. The project proposes to add 0,9 acres of new impervious surfaces. Rate The project will not increase the peak discharge rates leaving the site.
