The site drains to "south pond," through Blaokwoods development, and eventually to Cloverdale Lake. Draioage patterns are not proposed to chi because of the project. See the attached figure for a schematic of the drainage pats. The project proposes to add 0,9 acres of new impervious surfaces. Rate The project will not increase the peak discharge rates leaving the site.
