Our File No.: 16981/102
Dear Mr. ` i erl ing:
In connection with the above matter, please find enclosed a copy of the executed letter
amendment, dated May 1, 2002, to the valley Brwich, watershed District permit in this matter.
As you may recall, an unexecuted copy of the letter amendment was previously forwarded to
your attention for your file.
I believe that delivery of this permit amendment completes all remaining conditions to
issuance by the City of Oak Park Heights of the Third Amendment to Conditional. Use Pen - nits and
variance for the Stillwater Stadium. we urgently request at this time that t1ie City proceed to issue
the Third Amendment as soon as possible. In this regard, I ask that the oizginal execution copy
signed on behalf of the City be forwarded directly to my attention for delivery to my client for
signature. If possible, and following signature by the City, i ask that either the City or your office
oontact us so that we may arrange for courier pickup in an effort to expedite the process.
By copy of this correspondence to Kris Danielson at the City, I am additionally forwarding a
copy of the lever amendment to the watershed permit to her for her file. I encourage eiflxer you or
Ms. Danielson to contact me at your earliest opportunity if for any reason you are aware of
circumstances which may preclude issuance of the T`hird Amendment at this tune.
Very truly yours,
