Stadium -- draina issues Kris: Here are a few questions/issues |have after reviewing the drainage calculations and VBWD correspondences from Jay Pomeroy of Anderson-Johnson Assoc w The drainage calculations and area map provided cover the home bleachers side only (those areas draining to the proposed infiltration trenches and infiltration basin. Proposed drainage for the visitor bleachers and other paved surfaces/pathway around the north/northeast side ofthe field will create additional storm water runoff, but Jay Pomeroy indicated that the VBWD was o.k. with the additional runoff being generated from these areas since they drain east to existing grass/field areas (and the actual number increases are relatively small). ° VBVVD' Permit R i Memorand i nf il t r at i on ponding/wetland areas, includin ditches and storm sewers, be g ranted to the Cit of Oak Park Hei and that the Cit shall be responsible for all maintenance within these easements. Tomy knowledge, this im a school otormsewer that serves only the football eldr@ckarea, and is not owned/nmaint@inedby the CitV. Regardless this a1orrmsewer should be relocated around the proposed bleachers to avoid potential futu ^ maintenance issues.
