RE: Highway 36 Utility Expansion Project
Dear Mr. Ranum:
I am in receipt of a copy of your correspondence directed to
La Vonne Wilson of October 8, acknowledging the appraisal of your
client's property damages in the above-referenced expansion
project. I had previously provided to your client copies of the
easements that will need to be signed. Please advise if you have
reviewed them and when we can set up a closing date on this
matter.
In anticipation of such a closing date, we also will require
from your client waivers or releases to the described land from
any mortgagee or lien holder on the property, or a title opinion
from your office indicating that you have examined title and
there are no lien holders or mortgage lenders on the property.
Please contact me directly to set up a time and date to close
this matter.
