I had previously provided to your client copies of the easements that will need to be signed. Please advise if you have reviewed them and when we can set up a closing date on this matter. In anticipation of such a closing date, we also will require from your client waivers or releases to the described land from any mortgagee or lien holder on the property, or a title opinion from your office indicating that you have examined title and there are no lien holders or mortgage lenders on the property.
