To date, he has not been successful in doing so and the City Council does not intend to allow the parking noncompliance circumstance to continue into this fall's school term. For your reference, 1 am attaching a copy of a memo I ' received from Chief Swanson as prepared by his officer, Joe Croft, detailing the outstanding parking noncompliance issues as it affects the original Conditional Use Permit. The City of Oak Park Heights would have preferred to have compliance with its Conditional Use Permit by Independent School District #834 as it affects this facility; unfortunately, to date no action has been taken to assure that compliance.
