Dear Stillwater Area Schools:
Enclosed is the Valley Branch permit for your project. Please note the following conditions
imposed by the Managers, which are also listed on the back of the permit.

1. All disturbed slopes three feet horizontal to one foot vertical or steeper shall be covered with
wood fiber blanket. The disturbed areas shall be seeded and mulched within 14 days of final
grading.
2. A drainage easement which covers land adjacent to the ponding area up to its 100-year flood
elevation shall be granted to the Valley Branch Watershed District. Access easements to this
drainage easement shall be also be granted to Valley Branch Watershed District. The
Stillwater Area High School shall be responsible for all maintenance within drainage
easements. The 100-year flood elevation of the pond is Elevation 938.5 feet.
4. This permit is subject to obtaining all other permits required by governmental agencies having
jurisdiction (including NPDES permits).
5. A flat curb with a fence shall be installed at the north parking lot expansion.

Permission is granted to do the work proposed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Water Management
Plan of the District, subject to the following provisions:
