Dear Project Owner and Applicant:
As you know at this time the City has approved the proposed PUD and the associated Developer's Agreement and
we will begin to prepare these documents for signature and a closing. Please provide the following the City the
following not later than 4-10-15:
1. Plan A Escrow Check: $357,239.00
2. Plan B Escrow Check: $525,175.00
3. Park Dedication Check: $ 43,280.00
4. Connection Charges Check: $101,731.24
5. Additional Escrow Fee Check: $ 5,000.00
6. Final Plat Documents for Review and Possible Signature
Once these are received,the City will then prepare the PUD and Developer's Agreement for final execution(and
other related documents)and will allow the City Engineer to commence work on the public elements of the project.
