The following permit conditions also apply to the permits: • A fee of$150 for the Access Permit,$100 for the Right of Way Permit and a company check or performance bond in the amount of$2500 made out to:Washington County Treasurer and mailed to: Washington County Public Works, 11660 Myeron Road North, Stillwater MN 55082, shall be received prior to construction. • The access shall be constructed according to the plans submitted. No changes or alterations may be made at any time without written permission from Washington County. • All pedestrian facilities must meet all relevant accessibility standards. • No additional ponding shall occur in the County right-of-way. • A Traffic Control Plan and an Obstruction Permit shall be submitted where work on or near the roadway is necessary, proper signs,warning lights,shall be erected to protect traffic and workers. All traffic control devices and methods shall conform to the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. This provision applies at all locations, including locations where vehicle parking is allowed on the shoulder. • All areas disturbed during construction in the right of way shall be restored and stabilized with proper erosion control, including temporary erosion control as needed,within 7 days and maintained until the new turf is established. • No foreign material such as dirt, gravel, or bituminous material shall be left or deposited on the roadway during the work. If material is tracked onto the roadway, it must be removed immediately. • Class 2 fluorescent safety vests shall be worn when working in the road right of way. • Following the construction of the access and utility connections,the applicant shall call 651-430- 4313 to arrange for an inspection.
