The followin defines our understandin of the next steps and responsibilit in accomplishing each item. Lo and Stadium Name It is the desire of the District to place the school lo and name on the west side of the press box. The name will probabl be stated as "HOME of the PONIES" with the lo Cit staff comments were positive. District staff will present details and dimensions f review. It is our understandin that the I amendment process will not be re ired. ■ Advertisin on Stadium Fences There has been an interest expressed to use the inside of stadium and ball fields for advertisin These placardswould be in place durin the season and would advertise local businesses. Ther was discussion that the cit ordinances do not allow off premise advertisin We discussed the fact that these placards would not be le from Count 5 or 58th Street. -District staff will further develop the con and present details to y ou. It is m recollection that Scott Richards (Northwest Associated Consultants) would be providin y ou with an addition to y our ordinance that wo allo us to proceed with this concept. The architect's plan was .reviewed, which would place this wall along the security fence on the north side of the bleachers. The plans call for this wall to actually take the place of a portion of the chain link fence. Detailed plans will be presented to Mr. Jim Butler, Building Inspector, for review. Olsen Construction Co. will oversee this process. It is our understanding that building permit requirements will be met and that this will not require an amendment to our CUP. Fall construction is anticipated. We will continue to communicate with you directly on these projects. Please call Mike or me if you need clarification or if yo.0 have questions or suggestions.
