All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and /or restrictions imposed by the City Council of the
City of Oak Park Heights.
General Description
1. This Fourth Amendment is granted to the Conditional use Permit as issued to allow the installation of
bleacher seating at the athletic fields on the grounds of the high school. (Location Sketch attached)
H. ADDITIONAL Y2ESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS.
The followin additional restrictions and provisions bein part of the Fourth Amendment to Conditional
Use Permit to be issued herein shall be:
The bleachers shall be constructed in compliance with the Minnesota Bleacher Safet Act and the
Buildin Code subject to the approval of the Buildin Official.
2. The bleachers as proposed shall be completed before December 31, 2006
3. The Arborist shall comment on the need for shade trees adjacent to each of the bleacher locations.
