All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and/or restrictions imposed by the City Council of the
City of oak Park Heights.
General Description:
1. This Fourth Amendment is granted to the Conditional use Pernzit as issued to allow the installation of
bleacher seatin g at the athletic fields on the grounds of the high school. (Location Sketch attached)
H. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS,
The following additional restrictions and provisions being part of the Fourth Amendment to Conditional
Use Permit to be issued herein shall be:
1. The bleachers shall be constructed in compliance with the Minnesota Bleacher Safety Act and the
Building Code subject to the approval of the Building Official.
2. The bleachers as proposed shall be completed before December 31, 2006
3. The Arborist shall comment on the need for shade trees adjacent to each of the bleacher locations.
