CITY OF OAK PARK FEE:GH T S Variance Request for Laurie Miller 6257 Panana Ave. No. Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 a. Property is 80' x 64'. b. Utility shed is 8' x 12' x 8'. c. Would like to center shed on the driveway which is 10' wide in the section behind the house - at that point the driveway is 28' long. I would like to place it where there would be 2' of driveway behind the shed (approx. 3' from rear boundry line). It would only be approx. 2' from side boundry line. d. Panama Avenue, 62nd Street, 63rd Street e. The reason I would like the variance is because presently there is no garage on the property and I need a place to store my lawn mower, grill, bikes, etc. Since the property is small to begin with I would rather have a shed vs. a garage and also since the property is small there is no other place to put the shed (unless I butted it up against the house which would then cover windows) except the driveway. 2. Box 2007 Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 ir TO: Mayor & Council DATE: July 21, 1994 FROM: Jim Butler, Building Inspector SUBJECT: Utility shed for Laurie Miller J RESOLUTION Upon a site investigation, I found the following: 1). In the opposite rear corner of her lot there is a large tree, which prohibits a site location for the shed. 2). The existing driveway does go all the way back to the rear of the property. Miss Millers wish to locate her shed at this point is the most practical location, because 1 the existing drive offers a good base. Also, any other location would mean losing rear yard space, which is already very limited. I recommend that she be granted her variance. fO44 * pir, I 0 ""^ CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS 14168 N. 57th St. - P.O.
