With this letter, we are notif y ou that y our application will be deemed complete with the receipt of the followin items b September 25, 2008. If the materials are not submitted b that date, the application will be deemed incomplete and returned to y ou. 1. In order to calculate parkin re for this shoppin center and the Sn please provide a dia of each tenant space in the center with a g ross s foota of each. Include all vacant areas. 2. Provide a final li plan with selected fixtures and a photometric plan. 3. Please indicate if the parkin cross easements with the Andersen office buildin are still in place and provide documentation if the are. Staff reviewed the application materials at a meetin on September 17, 2008. We would invite y ou and y our representatives to a staff meetin on Thursda September 25, 2008 at 10A5 AM at Cit Hall to discuss these issues and address an q uestions y ou ma have. Staff would specificall like to discuss the desi of the drive-throu area and the trash enclosure location. Pursuant t Minnesota Statutes `l .99, Subd. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review f the application for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
