HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008-10-28 City Council Resolution 08-10-41RESOLUTION NO. 0 8 -1 1 CITY COUNCIL C11"'Y OF OAK -PARK HEIGHTS WASHING70N COUNTY, MINNESOTA A :RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE REQUEST BY STILLWATER CROSSINGS LLC FOR A PUll AMENDMENT, SATE PLAN RE VIEW, AND DESIGN GUIDELINES RE VIEW TO ALLOW FOR A :DRIVE - THROUGH PRESCRIPTION WINDOW TO BE LOCATED AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STILLWATER CROSSINGS RETAIL CENTER AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OT HIGHWAY 36 AND OSGOOD AVENUE NORTH BE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS W HEREAS, the City of Oak Park Heights has received a request from Stillwater Crossings LLC for a PUD amendment, site plan review, and Design Guidelines review to allow for a drive - through prescription window to be located at the south side of the Stillwater C;ross1ngs R talI Center at the southwest comer of Fli ghway 36 and Osgood A venue Norte.; and after laving conducted a public hearing relative thereto, the Planning Commission of Oak earl Heights recommended that the request be approved with conditions. The City Council of the City of Oak Park Heights makes the following findings of ficiet and resolution: follows, to wit: and I . The use of outdoor lighting for parking lots serving commercial and industrial businesses shall be turned off one hour after closing, except for approved security lighting. 3. Signs in the B -2 district may only be illuminated during business -ours, or until 11:00 PM, whichever is later. 5. The applicant shall provide a plan for landscaping and providing an effective barrier systems for vehicles that j ump the curb at the shopping center entrance off of Osgood Avenue.
