Attached please find revised drawings for the Stillwater Ford Conditional Use Permit
Amendment Application.
All revisions have been completed per the Staff Review conducted on 15 September 1999
except exterior building signage changes and Fire Department review. (See attached memo)
Building signage changes will be submitted by the building Owner's sign contractor. Fire
Department Review has not been completed.
Please advise if request is still scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on
21 October 1999.

Staff Review
Items
1. Stillwater Ford property currently Zone B -2. Auto repair & body shop currently not
permitted use in B -2 district. Property was annexed into Oak Park Heights from Bay
Town Township. Auto repair was a permitted use when property was originally
developed. The city is in the process of amending the zoning text to allow auto service
repair as a permitted use in B -2 district but will probably exclude auto body repair.
2. MNDOT permit required for new curb cut on North 60th Street.
3. Provide area plan on drawings.
4. Show access from North 60th Street to adjacent properties on drawings.
5. Indicate pathway along North 60th Street on drawings.
6. Site lighting
A. Provide cut sheet of fixtures
B. 25' total height (base & pole) allowed
C. Show + one (1) foot cut off on photometrics. 1' cut off required @middle of
right of way.
7. Landscaping
A. Show planting details
B. Add daylillies (SteII-a-dora) to plan
C. Provide landscape cut out in plaza area @entrances (sim. to Rainbow Foods)
8. Fire Dept. - Site hydrant within 150' of building. Fire Marshall
