We have reviewed the plans for the expansion of the Stillwater Ford facilities at Neal Avenue
and 60th Street and offer the followin comments:
I Consider re a storm sewer s alon the south and southwesterl portion of the
site in lieu of spillwa and open draina swales. Maintain swales for emer
overflows and unusual runoff events.
2. Now that water service is available, h should be installed on-site in accordance
with the fire code. The ade of a 6 inch service line should be. reviewed for the
sprinkler s The Fire Department should also review these plans.
3. We cannot tell if concrete curb and g utter is bein used throu out the parkin lot,
however, this should be re includin concrete aprons for the entrance drives.
4. The li looks excessive, especiall in the southwestern portion of the parkin lot.
5. Consider eliminatin the concrete displa area and makin this g reen space. Some
additional g reen space somewhere would be nice.
6. The floor plans for the second level were not provided.
7. Where the existin drive is removed, all ad facilities should be restored, includin
concrete curb and g utter, bituminous pathwa and sod.
8. This site should be reviewed with the Finance Department to make sure all char have
been levied and/or paid includin all storm sewer area char
It is hoped that these comments will assist y ou in y our review of this proposed development.
